Dumet Wire for Lamp Manufacturing and Diode Applications
Dumet wire using Fe/Ni alloy wire as the core material has closely matching expansion coefficient with that of glass. The clad copper has superior heat and electrical conductivity. After further special surface treatment, the copper clad Fe/Ni is covered by a Cu2O film which provides the wire with excellent sealing ability with glass.
Dumet Wire Applications:
1. Lead-in wires for bulbs, fluorescent lamps, energy saving lamps, Christmas lamps and auto lamps.
2. Conductors for components such as diodes, surge suppressor and temperature sensors.
